Attention GSR's!! We are planning our Anniversary Potluck!!! The activities committee was so overwhelmed and impressed with the support of our potluck last year, we are hoping this year will be even better!! We are inviting all of the meetings and members in the South Coast Area! We invite you to bring an entree, appetizer, or desert!!! We will have a sign up form again this year! Please announce this at the meetings you attend and ask your home group for ideas!

Just like last year individual members are encouraged to bring dishes aswell!

Potluck Dinner is on 3/31/2012, starts at 5pm, ends at 7pm. The meeting starts at 7:30pm.

Please bring your dish ready to serve. We have limitted access to a kitchen.

Open Positions:

VICE-CHAIR

1. Requirements:
a. Three years of continuous clean time
b. At least six months experience in service to the SCAACNA
c. Has not embezzled or misappropriated any funds, NA or otherwise, for the length of this position’s clean time requirement

TREASURER

1. Requirements:
a. Three years continuous clean time
b. At least six months experience in service to the SCAACNA
c. Has not embezzled or misappropriated any funds, NA or otherwise, for the length of this position’s clean time requirement
d. Must have access to a computer

ACTIVITIES SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA REGIONAL ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE

1. Requirements:
a. One year continuous clean time
b. At least six months experience in service to the SCAACNA

2. Duties:
a. Represent the SCAACNA at monthly SCRASCNA meetings held in Monrovia on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:30pm and pick up other Area’s fliers for activities.to be made available to the South Coast Area GSR’s at the next Area meeting
